Senior JavaScript Engineer - East Yorkshire - £50,000 - Forward Thinking Project Work, React/Node Stack, On-Target Bonus…

One of my clients at the forefront of technology are looking for a developer to join their established team and start working on some systems right at the cusp of today's technology in the 3D space.

The successful applicant will be working out of a site inclusive of a gym, canteens as well as a whole host other amenities.

Who are they looking for?

* At least 5 years' experience in creating and maintaining Javascript based systems

* Thorough knowledge of Javascript, React, NodeJS, AngularJS, AOP, HTML5 Canvas

* Experience in utilities and build tools including Bower, Karma, Jasmine, Grunt and NPM

* Wide breadth of knowledge in general programming concepts and technologies including GIT, Linux OS, CLI, Linting, Code Quality metrics, client and server side debugging, RESTful APIs, TDD, BDD, profiling and Continuous Integration pipelines and tools

* An in-depth understanding and practice of the Agile methodology

It would be an advantage to also:

* Knowledge of UX Design

* Have knowledge of concepts used in PHP frameworks (such as Symfony, Zend, etc) and MVC, database abstraction layers etc.

* Be able to manage servers including Ansible or Nginx
