IT Service Desk Support Analyst Solihull

My client base in Solihull is looking for an IT Service Desk Support Analyst to join their team. This is a new role due to expansion and my client is looking for an experienced candidate to support the IT Service Desk Team with the resolution of more complex and technical issues.

This newly created role will see you:

Taking ownership of end to end delivery of all major projects or implementations as well as producing project plans and maintaining it by monitoring project or work stream activates.

Responding promptly to urgent issues especially SEV 1s

Manage problems in line with documented Incident Management produces as well as address Desktop security issues highlighted.

Desktop services implement support and maintain the delivery of desktop services to support the needs of the business.

To be successful in this role you should have experience in:

Administration of Active Directory and Group Policies

Creating technical documentation including documentation of software installation and configuration

Creating documentation, support and informal training to service desk.

Be Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in Widows, Office or Exchange

MCITP Enterprise Desktop Support Technician

ITIL v3 Foundation Certified in IT Service Desk Management.

A Senior Service Desk Role

Installing, supporting and administering MS back office products and server / desktop operating systems.
