An opportunity has become available with one of Europes largest luxury retailers for a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Support/Service Desk. This well established company are renowned for setting clear career goals and pushing their staff to achieve the best they can.
As buiness continues to grow my client is expanding their Dynamics NAV team and are looking for an enthusiastic indervidual to join their Service Desk. With sites across europe you will be delivering 1st and 2nd line suport to a large number of users.
Successfull candidates will have;
* Strong Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics AX experince
* 1st-2nd line support experince
* Excellent communication skills- any foringe language skills are advatageous
* Advanced MS applciation skills
* Knowledge of LS Reatil is highly desirable
* Ideally experince working with MS SQL server
* Excellect communication/customer service skills
