Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - Birmingham- Permanent - £40,000

I am looking for an extremely competent Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who would like to join a rapidly growing business in Birmingham who can offer fantastic career growth and the opportunity to work on unique and challenging projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to make this area their own and provide subject matter expertise, technical direction and influence in areas such as:
Role and Responsibilities:
?Managing & Monitoring Network Infrastructure
?Managing & Monitoring Network Security
?Database Administration
?General IT Management (including software licensing & compliance)
?Managing the Relationship with Third Party Hosting Providers
Other responsibilities include working with clients and internal business partners to:
?Gather requirements
?Build and execute test plans
?Manage operations
?Triage and fixing operational issues
Ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator; you will be comfortable liaising with others and ensuring actions are followed through and a team player. The successful candidate is likely to have exposure or at least conceptual knowledge of many of the listed technologies.
Essential Skills:
Microsoft Azure
?Automated IaaS Deployments (e.g. Terraform & ARM Templates)
?Azure VM planned/unplanned maintenance.
?Availability Sets / Internal & External Load Balancers
?Configuration Management (e.g. DSC, Chocolatey, Chef, Puppet)
?NSG
?Azure Backup / Site Recovery
?Azure Storage (Blob, Archive, Files,
Office 365
?Office 365 Admin
?SharePoint Admin
?Azure AD (Including AD Connect on prem)
Other
?Enterprise Grade Firewall knowledge (WatchGuard preferred)
?General Windows Server knowledge
?Active Directory
?Group Policies
?Hyper-V
?SQL
?PowerShell
?Storage (SAN, NAS, DAS)
Any of the following certifications would be highly beneficial
?MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure
?MCSE: Server Infrastructure MCSA
?Windows Server 2012/20126
