Construction Planner

We currently have a requirement for an Intermediate-level Construction Planner to work for a main contractor in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. Our client is a "tier two" national main contractor with active projects including high spec residential, commercial, leisure and large-scale resi, with projects typically up to £30m each in value. Working alongside two current Planners (and the Director), our client is offering a role comprising both tender and live projects across London and the South East - well suited to anyone living across the Northern Home Counties including Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

On Offer:

Depending on your previous experience and current capabilities, our client is offering a basic salary of between £45,000 and £60,000 per annum plus a benefits package comprising car/allowance, pension and health.

Our client is seeking the following:

- Ideally 3-5 years+ planning experience within the construction sector.

- Proficiency with Asta Powerproject software.

- Some experience of working on site, either site-based as a Planner on at least one project or a previous site-management background.

- Relevant construction degree desirable.

- Eligible to work in the UK.
