Epicor Support, £25K - £35K, Birmingham

New role on the market!

A growing company in the West Midlands is looking for an enthusiastic IT professional to provide them with 2nd line ERP support that will facilitate their increasing IT needs. On the back of recent wins this business is looking to further utilise their in-house Epicor system to facilitate further growth in 2018. You will be using your IT knowledge to ensure the smooth running of the system in addition to identifying and delivering training to staff where required. They have carved out a thriving niche in the manufacturing industry and are the company you want to be working for if you're looking to progress your support skillset.

They now have the tools to massively progress as a business in 2018 and are looking for an enthusiastic Epicor support consultant to come on board with the aim of progressing into a reporting specialist role as the IT team expands.

You will be using your IT knowledge to ensure the smooth running of the system in addition to identifying and delivering training to staff where required. They have carved out a thriving niche in the manufacturing industry and are the company you want to be working for if you're looking to progress your professional skillset.

"What do I need?"

* Epicor Support Experience

* Reporting skills such as SSRS or SQL

* Knowledge of Service Connect preferred.

* Ability to repair everyday IT hardware

* Effective and friendly communication skills
