One of the largest Life and Pension Companies in the UK are looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to join their Risk Management Team based in Telford.

As a Compliance Analyst you will have the opportunity to primarily be responsible for the management of risks to the organization. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects related to the Organizations Customer Service Platform.

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring business and IT regulations are being followed and are upheld.

The ideal candidate is someone highly motivated and a self-starter who has a compliance background within the Financial Sector.

Your duties will be wide ranging, but ultimately you will be responsible for:

* Analysing regulatory publications, identifying publications that risk management improvements are needed, and work with the business to identify and implement such risk management improvements.

* Work heavily with the customer services platform, ensuring that they are compliant in meeting customer expectations,

* From a regulatory perspective you may be involved in IT projects upon regulations such as the FCA.

* Producing compliance risk assessments and preparing compliance risk monitoring work programs;

* Ensuring that the business meets its FCA-specific regulatory requirements in the design and delivery of all customer products and communications;

* Preparing reports and Management Information on time and to a high standard.

As a Senior Compliance Analyst you will have the following competencies:

* Compliance background within Financial Services

* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize work;

* Demonstrable experience of advising on compliance and monitoring within a consumer credit environment

* Ability to oversee risk management policies and procedures

* Strong communication skills, including the confidence to deal with senior directors across the business
