A growing tech company are seeking a Head of Software Engineering to join their team in Oxford. If you're an enthusiastic software leader and keen to be part of a company looking to grow then you could be the leader we're looking for!

What will you be doing?

As Head of Software Engineering and Systems , you'll be responsible for all things Software and Systems and driving the technology strategy. You'll not need to do any coding, but a technical background as a developer (and architect would be beneficial) is essential for delivery and conducting code reviews. In addition to this, you'll have experience working within an agile environment and will have driven best practices such as TDD.

What skills/experience should you have?

* A strong software engineering background

* A proven leader of technical teams

* Experience with cloud environments (AWS)

* Technology and Operational Delivery

* Agile, TDD

* Experience of building high performance teams
