Technical Customer Support Packaging

Our customer, leading manufacturer & supplier of primary packaging and additional products for the medical technology & pharmaceutical industry, is looking immediately for a Technical Customer Support Packaging.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the development of the product documentation (technical dossier for each product category; Site Master File)

* Responsible for Technical Compliance of products (GMP, ISO, Regulatory Affairs)

* Consolidation of necessary individual documents into complete overall specification

* Work together closely with other departments (for example QA, RA)

* First point of contact for customers on technical and regulatory issues

* Participation in Quality Board (Evaluation of customer questions & complaints)

* Participation in the panel for the evaluation of initial customer inquiries and feasibility studies

* Sub-project management to increase customer satisfaction

* Development of a FAQ catalog to support customer service

Qualifications:

* At least 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical field (preferably pharmaceutical packaging) & with pharmaceutical documentation

* Profound knowledge of European and US regulations & guidelines (e.g. cGMP, ISO 15378, 13485 Medical Devices, etc.)

* English (fluently written & spoken) & German (preferably)

* Self-organized & able to work independently

* Communicative & open minded personality

* Master's degree (preferably in chemistry, pharmacy or engineering or comparable further education)

* Very good knowledge of MS Office & SAP
