My client are currently recruiting for an experienced Scrum Master to join their Solihull based team on a 3 month rolling contract.

You will be joining at the beginning of the company's Agile journey and will be instrumental in showing them the best practices and processes to make their Agile implementation successful.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Scrum Master with experience of managing teams and coaching Agile principles, practices and methodologies..

Responsibilities, Key skills and Experience:

*Work with the team and the wider business to ensure agile principles and practices are implemented, understood and embraced

*Organise and facilitate product planning, estimation sessions, daily stand-up, reviews and retrospectives and tracking ensuring actions are addressed where necessary

*Ensure teams have visibility of product roadmaps and have input into planning and scheduling of roadmap items

*Help build and maintain healthy inter team relationships, encouraging team learning and continuous improvement

*Work with the Product Owners and Business Analysts to make sure products are kept on track and launched successfully

*Provide coaching to team members on agile practices and processes

*Empower the team and the wider business in the ways of effectively utilising Agile
