The role will be an enabler to the project. The individual will be required to assist the Project manager and team in organising and monitoring my clients global SAP Implementation project. This role reports into the Project Manager their purpose is to administer and monitor the project such that cost, quality, plan, time, and benefits realisation are able to be controlled and achieved.

The role will have significant access to the most senior individuals in my clients global finance organisation so this role will suit a professional individual. The individual will have gained prior experience in a PMO function, ideally with exposure to software-as-a-service (SaaS) systems implementation full life cycle roll outs, core PMO activities, and organisational change management activities. The role holder will also be required to interact frequently with our external implementation 3rd Party system vendor.

The individual will be required to have a high standard of output and an eye for detail. They will have a proactive mind-set and be able to prioritise work effectively and efficiently. The post holder will need to support the Project Manager and team in various ad hoc project support related activities.

The initial contract is 3 months but is likely to extend for the correct individual.

The post holder will be required to:

* Act as a point of contact for the team, dealing with and responding to queries from stakeholders and

passing relevant information to the appropriate team member.

* Prepare regular status reporting to all levels of the business, ensuring efficient change control methods

and process are utilised. This may include standard Weekly / Monthly Report generation as well as

preparation of custom reports for project needs.

* Track financial reporting whilst ensuring that the project adhere to the relevant financial processes,

compilation of project related financial and KPI's tracking for example T&E for external vendors plan

vs budget.

* Ensure cross-programme dependencies are managed and the risks, issues, actions, dependencies logs

are accurately maintained (Capture, Monitor, Close).

* Facilitate statement of work (SOW) change request paperwork and assisting the team in this process.

* MS Project work plan management support; keeping track of plans for subsequent phases of work,

quality standards, deliverables and dependencies.

* Ensuring all project folder structures are kept up to date and relevant, also ensuring best practice is

followed on version control for all project documentation.

* Coordinate project closure documents to distil good practice and ensure lessons learned are logged.

* Organise and facilitate individuals for testing and training phases.

* Compile and draft business communications to my clients standards.

* Project admin, e.g. facilitation of internal and external meetings, room bookings, calendar management, conference and Webex set up, Capturing action or issues, meeting minutes

Contract: 3 months initial (24 month project minimum)
