1st line Support Analyst Birmingham City Centre £18000 - £20000
My client based near Five Ways is looking for a 1st line support analyst to join their team.
This is a newly created role that will see you:
*Providing 1st line tech support to internal users via the helpdesk and phone.
*Escalating tickets and incidents to the 2nd line team
*Support and maintain the internal it systems
*Support all the internal staff with their systems and PC's
*Manage ticket, and basic IT support such as user accounts, email, telephone, hardware, Office etc.
The success candidate will enjoy supporting users and either have experience in, or be willing to learn:
*Active directory, basic Anti Virus systems, Windows 7 / Windows 10,
*It systems support and IT helpdesk software and procedures (ideally ITIL), basic networking and have an understanding of Basic IT Concepts such as desktop hardware repair, software installation and security patching.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience in a 1st line role and in return for your skills my client is looking to pay a salary of circa £18000 - £20000 for the successful candidate
