My client, a leading financial services company based in Birmingham, are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager.

Key Accountabilities:

* Strong and Effective Engagement with senior stakeholders typically up to Executive level to define and agree the CI programme/projects with benefits that adds significant contribution to the achievement of business strategic targets

* Ability to Mobilise and Manage delivery of multiple CI programmes/ projects to realise agreed client and / or commercially led benefits. Discipline to adopt, and evidence use of, CI 'DMAIC' project lifecycle standards

* Governance and Reporting: Establish and manage a programme governance structure, with different levels of stakeholder input, to effectively control each project and work stream whilst exercising optimal control at the programme level. Works closely with the Accountable Executive to provide regular status reporting and solutions driven contingency plans.

* Client Experience: Comprehensive understanding of the end to end client experience lifecycle and how this can be utilised to add maximum value to clients, colleagues and the group

* CI Programme/Project Control and Delivery: Provides a programme control framework aligned to agreed CI standards and methodologies, within which costs, benefits, risks, issues, quality and delivery can be measured.

* Planning and Finance: Drives progress against the programme plan; understands, challenges and proactively manages the cost position; and acts to mitigate potential cost or time delays.

* Highly effective at collaborating with colleagues in Transformation (i.e. Architects, Business Analysts, Delivery) to ensure that integration solutions are delivered

* Internal/External Relationships: Builds and maintains external and internal networks to identify best practice and to build the profile of the Continuous Improvement function and broader I&I community.

Essential skills/experience:

* Financial Services experience

* Ability to Mobilise and Manage delivery of multiple CI programmes/projects

* Experience dealing with stakeholders typically up to Executive
