Compliance & Controls Analyst / SOX / Sarbanes Oxley / Sarbanes-Oxley / Regulation / Regulatory / Audit / Testing / Support / Consultant / Risk / Controls / Documentation / Analysis, Based in Coventry, Warwickshire, 6 month contract, £300-350 per day.
One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Compliance & Controls Analyst / SOX Analyst.
Location - Warwickshire
Duration - 6 months
Day Rate - £300-350 per day
You will be supporting the Controls & Compliance team to provide the provision of general controls guidance, support and formal testing of control design and operation.
Experience
* Experience of internal or external audit, or other process / controls assurance activities (for instance Sarbanes-Oxley testing)
* Ability to understand and critically assess complex business and financial processes and produce high quality process and controls documentation (including production of process flow diagrams using MS Visio or similar)
* Experience of working with Sarbanes Oxley
Desirable - any exposure to working with finance / financial reporting / accountancy etc but this is not essential.
