The Role

As Bathroom Designer and a member of the showroom team, you will be the first point of contact for customers looking for their dream bathroom. Providing high standards of customer service and attention to detail to satisfy your clients and enhance the company's reputation for quality products and service. Responsibilities will include:

* taking projects from inception to completion

* offering customers advice on products

* producing quotes and designs

* providing after-sales service

The Person

As Bathroom Designer you will have previous experience within the bathroom retail sector, and a working knowledge/qualification in 3D design packages ( AutoCAD / Logicom / Fusion ). With excellent administration & organisational skills, and a track record of meeting / exceeding targets you will also have:

* ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

* a creative flair

* an approachable manner

* ability to manage multiple projects

* good standard of numerical skills

You must have use of a car (mileage allowance paid).

Familiarity with the leading European bathroom brands ( Villeroy & Boch / Hans Grohe / Keuco ) would be advantageous.

Working hours will be 4 week days (9.00am-6.00pm) and Saturday (9.30am-5.00pm).
