Are you a Graduate Mechanical Engineer looking for an opportunity to develop into a future Production Director and run the day to day operations for rapidly-expanding market leader?

This is an excellent opportunity to undergo extensive training directly from the Production Director of this growing manufacturer. You will follow a direct line of progression to become a fully-trained Director where you will take over the running of the business in the next 5 years.

This company are investing heavily in their staff and facilities and are currently upgrading millions of pounds worth of machinery to propel their ongoing expansion.

This role would suit an ambitious Graduate Mechanical Engineer looking for long-term career progression.

The Role:

*Training on factory machinery to take on production

*Shadow Production Director - training on production planning/material orders

*Operate and maintain machinery once fully trained

The Person:

*You will be an ambitious Graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering
