The primary purposes of this role are to help produce the invoices and backing data required for our Managed Print customers, helping to maintain the company's central database of records, and developing the company's Management information.

To achieve this, the successful applicant will use data provided by in-house systems and remote monitoring tools to produce the required output and check/validate records.

- Create Usage and Consumable data required for generation of both customer-facing invoices and internal cross-charging of our Account Managers.

- Manage exceptions such as non-reporting devices, negative page counts, missing data in a timely manner in order to comply with internal Service Level Agreements.

- Liaise with customers, account managers, helpdesk and engineering teams to make sure that the central database records are as accurate as possible.

- Provide analysis on device, software and database information in order to help improve internal processes and help maximise efficiency in the our fleet.

- Identify and investigate anomalies with a view to resolving both current issues and suggestions as how to improve business processes.

This role will also require extensive involvement in developing the company's management information offering by analysing existing data to produce new levels of detail in reports.

Desired Skills

- Strong analytical skills and excellent command of English & Maths.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

- Experience or willingness to learn new skills relating to the Managed Print market.

- Experience in analysing large quantities of data and being able to spot patterns/inconsistencies.

- Ability to think of creative solutions to problems/issues.

- Ability to work within multiple collaborative teams.

- Good organisational abilities.

- Excellent time management skills.

- Display exceptional follow-through, personal drive and the desire to make a difference.

- Familiarity with the IT industry and Public Sector organisations is desirable.
