An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Business Analyst with hands-on experience of Salesforce to join the thriving London office of a leading bluechip organisation. You will join on a fixed-term basis, covering a secondment until November 2018.

The Role:

* Working with stakeholders to identify requirements and provide input to the design and development of technical business solutions

* Document the business requirements using technology that can be understood by the technical teams, as well as business stakeholders

* Identifies, develops and implements improvements to business processes and internal support methodology

* Configuration of Salesforce (assignment rules, workflows, lightning flows, page layouts, simple visual components, package upgrades etc)

* Prepare User Acceptance Testing scripts and run UAT sessions

* Prepare and conduct user training

* Agree milestones with the business and deliver against these

* Key contributor to the creation of a Business Centre of Excellence for Salesforce that is responsible for business led Salesforce configuration and deployment as part of a business led self-serve capability

The Individual:

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, ideally with hands-on Salesforce administration experience. You will be an experienced Business Analyst with a proven ability to document and articulate complex processes and possess excellent communication skills. Experience with Excel and other data querying tools, Powerpoint, Visio Business Optix and Tableau are all highly desirable.

This position will pay up to £69,000 pro rate plus bonus.
