Embedded, C, RTOS, ARM, Cambridge, £50-£60 p/h

Are you an Embedded C programmer with RTOS experience? Do you want to get involved with brand new product development?

If so, please submit your CV immediately. Interview slots are available for next week.

THE ROLE:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen, for an Embedded Software Engineer to join an innovative and flexible work force based in Cambridge.

You will be tasked with working on a cutting edge prototype product, to be used across a variety of industry sectors. You will not be solely tasked with code review or 'fixing' already existing code. This is development work at its initial stages.

For this Embedded contract, you will be an Embedded C programmer, who has used RTOS platforms such as Thread-X, VxWorks, Nucleus etc. If you have experience with proprietary RTOS' this would also be of interest to my client.

You will have ideally worked with ARM micros, ARM Cortex experience would be well suited to this requirement. As you will be collaborating with the Hardware team, a good communicator who is flexible and open to new ideas/ways of working, is required.

If you wish to apply, please do not hesitate in contacting me ASAP. Interviews to take place immediately, with a view to start straight away.

KEY SKILLS:

- Embedded C

- RTOS (Thread-X, Nucleus, VxWorks, Proprietary RTOS' etc)

- Micro-controller/Microprocessor - ARM CORTEX etc

- Self starting individual that can work well as part of a team.
