Excellent role for an Experienced Project Manager from a Fit-outs/Refurbishment background to join a prestigious, market leading company where you will play a major part of their on-going expansion plans in a unique and high profile company.

Are you a Project or Contracts Manager from a fit-outs, refurbishment or Interior design environment? Do you have experience managing projects from award to completion?

Established over 20 years ago, this growing company specialise in High End Commercial Fit-outs/Refurbishment products. Having established themselves as one of the UK's Market leading companies in their specialist area and due to their outstanding reputation and loyal client base, they are now looking to recruit a Project/Contracts Manager from a Construction, Fit-out or Interior Design background.

In this role, you will plan, organise and monitor all aspects of the contract including procurement, Sub-Contract management, Health and Safety, Quality Control and financial planning. With continued growth planned, this is a great chance to join a prestigious company in a senior role.

This role would therefore suit an experienced Project or Contracts Manager who has experience with fit-outs, refurbishment or Interior design. You must be a strong communicator who is able to manage a large range of projects.

The Role;

* Managing fit-out projects

* Produce Construction, procurement and design programmes with the relevant departments

* Being the main point of contact for the customer

* Produce RAMS along with ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

* £42,000 - £45,000 + Vehicle + Bonus + Training + Excellent Benefits

The Person:

* Experience with Project/Contracts management in fit-outs or small scale construction

* Excellent customer facing skills

* Enthusiastic and flexible team player with a thirst for training and development

* Must live within a commutable distance to London
