IT Business Analyst - £40k - Manchester

Urgent requirement for my client based in between Machester and Liverpool. They are currently searching for an IT Business Analyst to join their team for the upcoming D365O implementation which will be happening in the next 9 months.

It would be beneficial if you understand the Manufacturing industries but not neccessary. My client are focussing on a GDPR project currently so creating strong relationshiops with different business arms is crucial.

What you will be doing:

* Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements

* Perform quality assurance

* Define reporting and alerting requirements

* Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration

* Help design, document and maintain system processes

* Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team

* Communicate key insights and findings to product team

* Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

* Model the to-be processes and support the Change Management team in identifying and understanding the scope and impact of change

* Be part of a project team collaborating across a critical transformation programme , ensuring that deliverables are aligned to valid, verified, prioritised requirements, underpinned by robust, logical, maintainable processes
