Security Network Engineer (Cisco and Check Point Firewalls). City based trading firm is seeking a skilled Security Network Engineer to monitor and maintain the security environment from virus, malware and spyware. You will take ownership, focusing on managing and supporting Firewall solutions (both Cisco and Check Point) and investigate potential Network Security incidents and threats as well as managing third party suppliers.

As a Security Network Engineer you will join a collaborative team and will be encouraged to make suggestions and improvements. You'll be working in an informal atmosphere in the City with a good work life balance, casual dress code, bright, funky offices and a peaceful work environment.

Requirements:

*Indepth knowledge of Firewalls (Cisco ASA and Check Point) including installation and configuration experience

*CCSA or CCSE certified

*Strong knowledge of Routing protocols and TCP/IP protocols

*Experience of supporting hosting services i.e. DNS, Proxy Filtering, Firewall Changes, Mail Relays, Web Hosting

*Experience in a financial environment
