Technical Team Lead (Python C# Java AWS Data Pandas NumPy SciPy MongoDB). World leading online trading company is seeking a Technical Team Lead to join their Market Risk Analysis team. You already have exceptional leadership and core technical skills, and this opportunity will allow you to develop these skills further whilst simultaneously delivering real value to the risk analysis framework, improving the customers overall experience.
As a Technical Team Lead, you will enjoy using your strong communication skills to lead and support a development team, whilst also collaborating with a number of other teams including internal risk, regulatory and quants. Initially you'll lead the team on a Greenfield project to migrate the risk analysis framework to a cloud based framework (AWS). Other responsibilities will include; finding new opportunities to add business value, delivering increments to the risk analysis framework and managing individual performance, promoting a self-organised team.

*Strong Python coding and at least one other OO language (Java, C#, C++)
*Experience working in a financial environment with internal Risk and Quants teams
*Knowledge of Design Patterns and high level architecture
*Understanding of data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy and SciPy; NoSQL databases such as MongoDB; experience of building ETL pipeline workflows; Tableau
*Technical leadership experience
*Excellent communication skills
