Data Product Manager:
A new and exciting opportunity as a Data Product Manager has been made available to join one of the UK's largest investment banks. This is a permanent position based in Canary Wharf in London city. In this role you will sit within the business insights team. The business insights team main focus is the definition, discovery, analysis, visualisation and comprehension of the banks data.
As the data product manager you main focus is to drive the data innovation and advanced analytics agenda, concentration on business engagement and managing project delivery. This role covers a number of capabilities including data architecture modelling and analytics. You will be expected to leverage the banks unique data sets to develop innovative data solutions for both customers and colleagues in order to deliver significant business impact.
The successful data product manager will have strong data capabilities as well as sound business acumen, commercial capabilities and leadership skills. In this role you will liaise directly and external stakeholders to develop relationships and identify opportunities to deliver value through data solutions. You will support teams in developing propositions and business cases in accordance with business challenges or opportunities, integrating sources of insights and data.you will lead large scale projects co-coordinating between front and back office functions and translate business requirements to technical team members e.g. data scientists and data engineers.
