Dynamics AX/ ERP Application Support Analyst, £35-40k, Leeds

I am actively seeking an application support analyst, with skills supporting ERP solutions (ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX), for an exciting role with a manufacturing firm close to Leeds, Yorkshire. With sites across the UK, my client requires a candidate to join their IT team, getting involved in:

- Day to day system support of ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012)

- Troubleshooting system issues to 3rd line level

- System optimization surrounding Dynamics AX

- User facing project work, across the full implementation cycle

My clients offices are based in Leeds, and the role offers the chance to work in a energetic, fun work environment with a great team alongside. You will forge relationships with all business units and ensure the AX2012 system is utilized to full effect, and any changes accepted by users.

Candidates will be able to offer:

- Experience supporting ERP Systems (Ideally Dynamics AX 2012 - will consider other ERP solutions)

- Experience in troublehshooting system issues, testing, 2nd/ 3rd line support

- Knowledge of Manufacturing/ Logistics business processes (preferable, not essential)

- Personable, confident approach, with the ability to work in a team/ independently

The role offers a base salary up to £40,000 (experience dependent), as well as a company benefits package including 25 days holiday and pension scheme.
