Opportunity for a Data Architect to recommended strategic vision for a Data Architecture within the organisation.

* Data Encoding and structures

* Data integration & migration

* Data migration

* Data infrastructure, including storage solutions (both SQL and NoSQL)

* Distributed Computing Platforms & associated tools

* Agile development process

* Strategic & Forward Thinking

* Problem Resolution

* Stakeholder Management

Desirable skills / experience:

* Hadoop stack, preferably Cloudera

* Programming languages (Python, R, Scala, Java)

* SW engineering processes and tools (e.g. package management, continuous integration, versioning, IDEs including notebooks, etc)

* Turning business problems into data design

* Information assurance and data security

* Data Analysis & Synthesis
