Database Developer

My client based in Edinburgh are seeking a Database Developer with experience and in-depth knowledge of relational database applications with a focus on T-SQL, experience creating stored procedures in a development environment.

Responsibilities

* Strong experience developing relational database applications, focusing on T-SQL

* Create stored procedures within a development environment

* Implement large data set management solutions into a production environment

Key Skills - 3 years + experience in the following;

* MS SQL

* ETL Tools

* T-SQL

* SSRS

Qualifications and Experience

* Proactive and excellent communicator across all levels, comfortable and confident

* The ability to priorities workloads and take a methodical approach to tasks.

* Experience and knowledge of modern database technologies.

* A broad understanding and ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions, with demonstrable skills and knowledge

* Involvement with the MS SQL Server Community; Membership in PASS; Certification MCTS, MCITP, MVP.
