Description:
Job Title HR Data Analyst
Project Outline This role is expected to be a 12-month temporary project role. The IT&S HR data analyst will be responsible for data manipulation and ensuring data consistency and quality relating to the Global IT&S Transformation. The programme will support the implementation of the IT&S Vision & Strategy, in line with its strategic imperatives, which also support the broader group modernisation and transformation.
Key Responsibilities include:
Provide data support to the team most notably the HR manager and the HR project lead for all data requests relating to the Global IT&S transformation
Lead on the data requirements for all planning and change management activities
Manage the delivery of data including data manipulation for project management of the daily,
weekly, monthly reports
Be responsible for accurate and responsive ad-hoc reporting
Used Honed technical skills in reporting tools to find the most appropriate way of representing data.
Liaising with, and co-ordinating data activities between the Global HR team, and together with the transformation project team to meet project goals and respond to critical issues
Work closely with stakeholder to understand the priorities and develop fit for purpose modern MI to help them make decisions and drive business strategy
Independently identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead activities to simplify
processes, improve efficiency and increase value.
Manage data in line with compliance and privacy laws set by the HR global compliance standards
Update data in existing HR systems when required
Key Criteria
Experience of working with HR confidential data and a strong upholder of data privacy compliance
Strong data manipulation skills
Excellent Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
Rigorous attention to detail and problem solving skills
Organised and methodical approach to work including strong planning and project management skills
Ability to work globally, collaborating and co-ordinating with business stakeholders located across multiple time zones
Experience of delivering Management Information or managing MI processes
Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision and show the level motivation to work within a challenging and time pressurised environment
Strong communicator
Self-starter with bias for delivery
Flexibility and adaptability - able to work in a rapidly changing environment
