A client in Switzerland are looking for a WebSphere Commerce Developer to join their team on a 2 year contract project which will be paying market rates (highly negotiable). If you can demonstrate knowledge of J2EE development, XML, Web Services and WebSphere MQ, then you could be the WebSphere Commerce Developer that we're looking for.

What will you be doing?

As a WebSphere Commerce Developer, your skills will be utilised when working on design and architecture with the solution architect for commerce projects. You'll write detailed documentation for components as well as effective code for components following best practice at all times. You will design and develop a catalogue load process for customers, a payment processor integration and create new tag libraries. Furthermore, you'll contribute to the continuous improvement of company methodologies along with code proof of concepts. You may also be required to travel and work in the EU.

Other primary responsibilities and objectives:

* Work on design and architecture, with the solution architect, for commerce projects

* Write detailed documentation for components they are responsible

* Responsible for writing code for their components following IBM, SUN

best practices.

* Contributes to the continuous improvement of company methodologies

* Contributes to code proof of concepts
