Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Package: Up to £65,000 DOE + package.

Location: Manchester

The Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with specialist facades experience to join one of the most highly regarding specialist contractors in the UK.

Role

The role is to take Commercial responsibility for facades' packages on a variety of Construction projects in the North-West.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will ideally come from a specialist, facades sub-contractor background.

Key Requirements:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

* Have a minimum of 8 years' experience in the UK

* Come from a specialist facades sub-contractor background

* Fully fluent in JCT D&B and its' variants

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Degree Qualified (BSc or equivalent) is desirable

* RICS chartered (or working towards) is desirable

Remuneration:

The successful Quantity Surveyor has the opportunity to earn:
