QA Tester - Manual, Automation, Selenium

Location - Central London

Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 + shares

My client is a growing start-up looking to revolutionise employee scheduling, taking it into the 21st century. My client is looking to build a software development dream team in both London and Australia - giving them 24-hour cover and the ability to service clients across the globe. They have an exciting opportunity for a QA Tester to come on board and work alongside a team of 2 developers in London. This is a pivotal role with the opportunity to be the first QA tester in London, liaising with a Lead QA in Australia.

The role:

As a QA tester, your role is to work hand-in-hand with our QA lead in Australia, product managers, designers and development team to help build, test and deliver great quality software to new and existing customers.

This role is a chance to have a real impact, where your contributions make a difference and you will have input into the way the code, culture and product are built at the company.

To be considered for this role you will:

*Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.

*Experience in writing automation scripts (Selenium)

*Experience in writing test plans and test cases.

*Ability to understand both product and engineering, and apply QA best practices to both.

*A passion for shipping high quality products and knowledge of how websites are built.

*You have good knowledge of Visual Studio, Bitbucket, Jira, Selenium and other relevant tech
