Senior Developer / Team Lead (C# ASP.Net SQL Entity AWS). Technology consultancy that specialise in solutions for the Financial Services industry is seeking a skilled Senior Developer / Team Lead. This is a largely hands-off role with a focus on management and leadership.

As a Senior Developer / Team Lead you will play a key role in the company's growth plans; ensuring the increasing list of clients is kept happy whilst keeping the team improving and delivering a positive motivated environment. You'll establish and monitor relevant KPIs and benchmarks; mentor junior software developers; recruit new team members; provide line management such as performance reviews, holiday requests and regular HR functions as well as providing estimates of work to the management team and acting as the conduit between clients, 3rd party suppliers and the business.

There's a collaborative and laid back working environment with flexible hours, the opportunity to work from home and regular socials. Offices based in walking distance of three main line stations.

Requirements:

*Strong technical background with C# .Net, SQL, Design Patterns, software architecture

*Strong leadership skills including conflict resolution, stakeholder management

*Excellent communication skills, able to facilitate communication between others, motivate and inspire

*Advanced organisation and planning skills

*Nice to haves: Microsoft certification, AWS, JavaScript, REST API, MVC, NoSQL

As a Senior Developer / Team Lead you can expect to earn a highly competitive salary (to £65k) plus bonus and benefits.
