£35'000 - £38'000 + Progression + Training

Are you a Maintenance Engineer looking to progress into a Team Leader role at a market leading food manufacturer who will give you excellent training and genuine progression opportunities?

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer looking to progress their career with a market leader, where you will be a key part management team and represent the future of the company's senior engineering management.

The company are a major manufacturer and retailer and have a presence throughout the North West. They manufacturer a wide range of products which are distributed through their own outlets but are all also sold to retailers across Europe.

This is a role where you will be progressed in a Team Lead position where you will manage a team of highly skilled electrical and mechanical engineers across a shift. This is a still a hands on role and 60% of your time will be spent working on reactive and preventative maintenance however, this is primarily a management role and you will be key to organising and motivating your teams of engineers.

This is an ideal opportunity for a maintenance engineer, looking to step up into Lead role at a company who give you on-going development and long term progression.
