ROLE TITLE: Data Management

LOCATION: Mons, Belgium

RATE: EUR65 - EUR72 per hour

DURATION: To start ASAP until December 2018

CLEARANCE: SC Cleared or NATO Secret

DUTIES OF THE ROLE:

- Act as NATO Enterprise Directory Services (NEDS) Service Delivery Manager (SDM).

- Supervise contractors that maintain the NEDS service.

- Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of the NEDS service and infrastructure.

- Forecast and manage the NEDS Operations and Maintenance (O&M) budget.

- Evaluate the existing NEDS service to determine effectiveness and suggest improvement plans.

- Evaluate and implement service solutions to meet business and system requirements.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the NEDS project manager.

- Coordinates identity management issues with other Project managers that require NATO identity information.

- Coordinate the Request for Change (RfC) processes and interacts with NCI A Change Managers and IV&V testers.

- Analyse risks and proactively report problems and suggest solutions.

- Responsible for the NEDS Support; coordinate the resolution of NEDS related Incidents and Service Requests.

- Maintain up-to-date documentation.

- Create, maintain, and improve departmental policies and procedures.

- Attend change & project management meetings as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Team Leader of a Software Engineering team.

- At least 10 years experience in the required fields.
