Business Analyst (PSD2 / GDPR)
Market Rate (initial 3 months)

We are looking for a Business Analyst (PSD2 / GDPR) for a financial services company voted as one of the UK's best places to work based in Nottingham.
The ideal Business Analyst (PSD2 / GDPR) will have experience of the GDPR and PSD2 regulations.
Planning:
*Agree approach/timescales with line manager and the Project Manager
*Appropriate requirements deliverables prepared including non-functional requirements
*Contribute to project planning activities and estimation
*Contribute to the project team activities such as risk and issue management.
*Work Requests or other Third Party requirements/requests prepared and aligned to agreed Requirements
Execution:
*Support project team in delivery of project
*Help maintain project velocity as they progress through the lifecycle. Escalate potential risks and issues
*Changes to requirements managed, challenged and understood and incorporated into relevant deliverables
Typical Activities :
*Analyse and ensure the project scope is clear and understood
*Understand and challenge the project business case
*Identify As-Is and To-Be state of the business and technical environment
*Support the Development teams in preparing solution options
*Understand the business and technical architecture, where it addresses the project scope and challenge where appropriate
*Identify and document business impacts and ensure these are reflected in the overall project scope
*Ensure any known risks and issues are resolved or documented
*Provide representation to the IT and Business Estimation panels.
*Appropriate engagement with Solutions Engineering to ensure technical implications understood.
