Position for a C# /.Net Developer with some leadership experience to work in a global leading business offering continued technical development through the industry best training!

Based in Bristol, our client is a world leading tech company that produces its products that are at the forefront for the financial service sector! With a team of over 40 Software Specialist, this multinational organisation has recently undergone an impressive transformation across the organisation and is investing heavily into technology ensuring they continue dominating the global market.

As a Development Team Lead, your role will be split 50/50 between 'hands on' development, and the management, mentoring and coaching of 4 other developers of mixed ability. Working within an Agile environment, key duties will include; C# / VB.Net development, ASP.Net, SQL 2008-2014 / T-SQL, Web services and Service Oriented Architecture, UML, and performance reviews.

This is a perfect position for someone who is keen to join a technically challenging environment in a business that is placed at the technology forefront of the industry.

The Person:

* Management or leadership experience

* Development background

* C# experience

* .Net experience

* SQL experience

* Looking to for a 'hands on' leadership role whilst still being technically developed.

The role:

* 50% hands on development / 50% managing
