Senior Support Analyst / Team Lead (Java SQL ITIL Middleware Trading IT Infrastructure FTSE 100). Leading global investment management firm is seeking an experienced Senior Support Analyst / Team Lead. You will take on a lead role within your team and be responsible for overseeing the support of the Java based Enterprise Application Integration Middleware platform, which connects all the main applications within the company.

As a Senior Support Analyst / Team Lead you will lead and support a small team of talented Analysts whilst supporting a number of complex Java based applications (including JBoss) and troubleshooting any data issues which arise along the way, utilising your SQL querying skills. Other responsibilities will include; organising and arranging the provision of EAI and Batch support, reviewing and updating the Support knowledge base within your team and striving for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

*Previous experience supporting enterprise scale applications

*Strong SQL querying skills

*Experience supporting Java based applications

*Team lead experience

*Excellent communication skills

*Desirable: JBoss
