My client is based in the UK West Midlands is experiencing rapid growth and at this exciting time, they are looking to make an addition to their existing IT team. You will be working in a team where you can share ideas but also use your own initiative and to think outside of the box. My client is very strong on a positive team feel and with this, they want to bring out the best in you and to truly listen to and implement your ideas.

Due to the technicality of this role the ideal candidate will have the following:

* Solid commercial experience developing VB.NET and ASP.NET

* Hands on experience with .NET Frameworks

* Good experience with SQL and C#

* JavaScript, CSS and HTML experience

You will be strong with the Microsoft stack with a great interest in learning new things and the main responsibilities in this role will include:

* Analysing, capturing and refining requirements

* Hands on coding; craft, design and testing code

* Working to improve standards, guidelines and policies

* Learning and sharing new ideas and helping mentoring the team
