The Role

* Provide excellent project or programme related support across the programme portfolio.

* Assist with effective communication between project management and the business.

* Maintaining central project records and producing regular management reports.

Responsibilities

* Manage project risk register and work with project manager and project leads to manage project risks.

* Establish and maintain project controls, keeping the project manager aware of the project status. Assist in preparing project performance reports.

* Ensure organisational tasks are carried out efficiently. Manage and monitor compliance of the project with project leads.

* Manage professional relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Person Specification

Essential

*

Programme-level planning in an IT-driven change delivery programme

* Developing and delivering reports to key stakeholders at all levels

* building and sustaining relationships with customers and colleagues

* highly proficient in Microsoft Project, including use of Project On Line

* MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Desirable

* Working in agile delivery environments, including using agile tools, such as Trello

* Certificate in Agile delivery, PRINCE 2, MSP
