Level 2 Support / Development Analyst 

Manchester, Greater Manchester 

Up to £30,000 DOE Plus Bonus (5% of salary) 

Our client is a provider of integrated energy management solutions who operate in over 30 countries worldwide. 

They are now looking for a Level 2 Support / Development Analyst to join their team and provide level 2 application and development support to internal and external customers. 

As a Level 2 Support / Development Analyst, you will: 

- Provide application software development services and technical support

- Monitor and resolve customers’ support calls 

- Develop program logic for new applications or analyse and modify logic in existing applications 

- Code, test, debug, document, implement and maintain software 

- Complete customer software data patching 

Interested? To be considered, you will need: 

- Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development skills, optionally supported by a recognised qualification

- The ability to understand and create technical documentation written in English 

Our client is interested in hearing from candidates with experience as a Level 2 Support Analyst, Development Analyst, IT Support Analyst, Helpdesk Support Technician, Helpdesk Support Analyst, Service Desk Analyst, IT Support Engineer or Technical Support Analyst.
