Spring Technology is currently recruiting for 1st Line Support Analyst to join a nationally recognised public sector organisation in Edinburgh on an initial 3 month contract with a view to extend.
Day to Day Duties:
*On a daily basis, handle telephone calls received via the Mitel contact centre system.
*Promote the use of the online self-service portal and Password manager system to customers
*Record/Log incidents and service requests on behalf of customers unable to access the iFix self-service portal.
*Respond to and provide progress information on incidents and requests via telephone calls from customers.
1st line services supported and included in this role:
*Password and SCOTS Password Manager system.
*BitLocker encryption recovery.
*Active Directory (SCOTS) account service
*Data Access requests
*Mitel Telephony requests
*BlackBerry, Android and iPhone on BES12
*Equitrac Secure Printing PIN support
*1st line support and resolution for issues including Skype for Business, Account profiles, Outlook OST and Remote Working.
