We are seeking 2 Resourcers / Delivery Consultants / Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

The Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Consultant will be working closely with our team of experienced Recruitment Consultants on existing IT vacancies, learning how to professionally and effectively recruit for a wide range of positions within the IT industry. Our comprehensive training programme will help you to learn all of the skills involved in the recruitment process including sales and business development. As you move through our training program and develop your sales career we will give you all of the tools you will need to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.

This Recruitment Consultant role gives the successful candidate the opportunity to build on their existing commercial office experience and take the first step towards a lucrative IT Recruitment Consultant career. You should be a graduate or of graduate calibre and due to our location you must have your own transport. Because of the sales nature of this role we are looking for proactive people who have a genuine interest in forging a sales career for themselves. Previous experience as a Resourcer or a Recruitment Consultant is not required, just some office based experience and the determination to succeed in a sales environment.
