UX Designer - Shoreditch, Central London.

Our client, The UK's leading young people charity, are currently creating a new team to focus solely on developing their online presence. The goal of this team will be to create a market-leading digital service for disadvantages young people to get the support they need to achieve their potential and deliver this service to thousands of people each month. As a UX Designer you will use your deep understanding of the digital environment to ensure the usability of the platforms are appealing and engaging to customers.

Ultimately your work will help improve the lives of thousands of young people allowing them to gain the support they need to help get a job, start a business and conclusively unlock their potential. You will have creative freedom working in a newly established collaborative team whilst having the customers interest in mind at all times.

You will have a proven track record in demonstrating the following:

* Expertise in UX software - e.g. InVision, UXpin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer.

* Excellent grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems and usability and accessibility concerns.

* Ability to work with clients/stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete UX that meet their needs and vision.

* Excellent digital literacy.

* Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

* Skills in HTML5, CSS and basic JavaScript.

* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
