Shift Team Leader (Renewable Energy)

Excellent role on offer a shift engineer looking to take the next step in their careers and progress into a team leader role for a market leading company in a specialist industry.

This market leading business operates biomass and renewable energy plants across the country and across Europe. They are heavily expanding and are looking to recruit a shift team leader to manage a small team, while working hands on with the latest technologies and equipment.
In this role you will lead a small team of shift engineers, whilst also being hands on reporting to the facility manager. In the facility you will work on high pressure steam boiler systems, specialist turbines, control systems, PLC's, high voltage electrics and other industry related equipment.
To be considered you must either be a shift electrician/engineer looking to take the next step, or have previous team leading experience. If you come from biomass, renewable energy, power plant or similar backgrounds you have a strong advantage.
The role:
*Managing a small team of shift engineers
*Hands on most of the time working on specialist plant
*£50,000 + 12.5% Bonus + Pension + Healthcare + Holiday + Training and Development
