A truly fantastic opportunity for a Senior Graphic Designer to join a leading B2B company.

Working within an established in-house marketing team, you will be a major part of the design and branding team, working on projects with great autonomy, leading the initial innovation and idea development, and the creative communication with Director level and Managers.

This is a very important role within the company - and the chosen candidate will have a chance to make a huge impact on the future of the company's visual identity.

As the Senior Graphic Designer, you'll have the opportunity to stamp your mark, working across digital, print and art direction.

Design concepts will include product packaging, marketing materials and other product related assets. You will also be required to assist in all other aspects of the design workload when directed.

Key responsibilities

*Become an integral part of the creative output

*Work alongside the Marketing Manager to maintain and build the company's creative ethos

*Keep on top of trends and identify any new opportunities that the business could target

*Create, develop and research design concepts and branding

*Work closely with the Marketing Manager on branding projects that range from brand strategy, identity creation, print and digital design concepts

*Work on creative briefs from initial concepts to final completion - hand over to team members to carry out innovation ideas and creative your vision

*Lead design briefs independently with the support from the Marketing Manager

*Skills in conceptual thinking, critical analysis, idea generation and creative problem solving

*Be comfortable presenting creative ideas internally and externally

*Be a team player

*Have an inquisitive nature
