Client: Housing Association

Outside IR35

You should have the following experience:

* Data Mining

* SQL

* Microsoft Access

* Excel

* Management Experience

You will be expected to deliver the following tasks:

Business systems development

* Designing and mapping processes for collecting management information

* Ensuring effective business systems are in place for managing compliance and performance returns

* Working with HR and operation leads to ensure effective business systems are in place for managing staffing compliance, logistics and payroll

Reporting

* Managing external compliance and performance monitoring returns

* Managing internal performance returns e.g. DPIs, KPIs

* Providing statistical evidence to support tenders and bids

* Providing managers and front line staff with effective reports and management information to support their work.

* Data Mining and SQL skills are a must.
