SQL Server DBA

A new opportunity has arisen for a SQL Server DBA to join a boutique Capital Markets and Securities focused Investment Bank in London City.

This SQL Server DBA will be working on a mid-sized database estate, working with 40 servers and over 300 databases. As a SQL Server DBA you will be expected to carry out database migrations, database back-ups, installations and replication. You will also get the opportunity to work on a number of SQL Server Database projects, with the opportunity to get involved with a large Greenfield SQL Server Data Warehouse Project in 2017. As a DBA you will be a key member of the SQL Server DBA team, and you will be expected to use SQL Server AlwaysOn on a regular basis and also get the opportunity to take advantage of as many new features of SQL Server.
