Are you a 1st/2nd Line Support Specialist and looking to join a world renowned retail business that is looking for someone they can progress into a 3rd Line Infrastructure Analyst longer term?

Based in Central London, our client is a world leading retail business who is renowned for its Luxury products which are supplied across the country! Having just had another great year, our client is at the beginning stages of some exciting IT based projects that will allow them to double the IT team size in a technically advanced environment which has the industries latest technologies!

As a Desktop Support Engineer You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd Line systems support for their retail and office-based staff. Working closely with other members of the IT team, you will help improve and enhance the levels of service, performance and availability of the systems supported. Key activities include monitoring the call logging system, addressing walk-up and telephone support requests and reacting to various alerting and monitoring systems. Supported by your colleagues, you will provide day-to-day support for all retail/hospitality POS, PC desktop, server and Cloud applications and hardware.

The role:

*1st and 2nd Line Support

*Occasional 3rd Line support

*Exchange, Office 365, Windows, Active Directory, Cloud

*Working on retail POS systems

*Working 1 in 4 weekends

* £30'000 + Progression + Bonus + Development + Pension + Healthcare + More

The Person

* Desktop Support Engineer

* Strong 1st/2nd Line Support Experience

* Active Directory

* Windows / Office / Exchange

*Ideally understanding of POS systems or EPOS (Retail)

*Looking to Progress into 3rd Line medium term
