Senior Site Manager

£50,000 - £70,000 (DOE) + Pension + Training + Excellent Benefits

Excellent role on offer for a Site Manager looking to join a UK Leading Construction Contractor, where you will have full autonomy to work on a prestigious project in a technically challenging role.

Do you have a background in building construction? Do you have a knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment legislation?

This company have been established for 30 years and work on tailored projects for a variety of blue-chip and public sector clients across the UK. Due to a period of substantial investment now is an exciting time to join them as you will be pivotal in the growth of the business.

In this responsible role you will support the build of a prestigious project for one of Yorkshire's leading Universities. You will ensure Health and Safety regulations are maintained at all times and be required to implement Risk Assessments, COSHH assessments and method statements.

This role would ideally suit a Site Manager who is looking to work on a prestigious project, where you will work in a hugely responsible position and play an important part in the growth of the company.

The Role:

*Ensure Construction Health, Safety and Environment is developed

*Organise the site so works are conducted in a safe manner

*£50,000 - £70,000 (DOE) + Pension + Training + Excellent Benefits

The Person:

*Previous Site Management experience

*Construction background

*A good understanding of Health and Safety procedures
