Java Developer - UK Wide - Salary DOE - extensive travel.

A global Consultancy are currently undergoing one of the biggest recruitment drives they have ever experienced. They are looking to aggressively expand their team due to winning more major projects.

Already a key player in the Consultancy world, they operate across a number of industries from health care through to financial services. In this role, they are looking for a self-starter, somebody who has the initiative and confidence to try new approaches, think on their feet and ultimately deliver innovative solutions.

This role will require UK wide travel and it can be extensive at times so you have to be aware of this from the get go. Admittedly the company will always try to stick to a 3 / 2 split (3 days on site / 2 from the office or at home and vice versa) it can be tricky as sometimes the demand on the project may require you to have 5 days away on site.

All travel is expensed and you get a daily food allowance to help make being on the road that little bit easier.

In this role, you will be held accountable for designing and developing code for a number of key clients. You will work with a team but also independently. As well as this, you can help have a role in shaping the future minds of the team by being an effective mentor to the junior members.

You should be an experienced Java Developer with an expert understanding of design and development within the product. You should have the following:

* Java 8

* RESTful Web Services

* Spring

If you are a Full Stack Developer and contain the following:

DevOps tools (Docker, ansible, Jenkins, puppet, kubernetes, terraform) / Hybris
